We’re throwing an extra special party for the Winter season on the third floor of Namak Mandi, who are kindly opening the doors to our community. Beautiful sandstone building in the Southside of Glasgow. As the night goes on, we’ll be going for a darker, clubbier feel with lights from Sub Club’s Sobhan on the production. This isn’t one to miss.

Sound Healing from Toni Falconer // Meditation Hour (4.30 pm – 5.30 pm)
Sound healing is an ancient practice harnessing the power of sound and vibrations to promote healing, relaxation, and inner transformation. Sound serves as a potent tool to counterbalance the effects of modern life, inducing a deep state of rest and rejuvenation by triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulating delta waves within the brain.
Authentic cuisine inspired by the ancient city of Peshawar will be provided by the restaurant at 3 pm.
